*While Top Crown Jewelry extends free shipping to most countries, a few nations may be subject to local restrictions or additional charges. In such cases, Top Crown Jewelry reserves the right to refuse orders and will explore alternative solutions.

The selection of the courier for each order rests solely with Top Crown Jewelry.

Our transparent policy ensures no hidden fees at checkout. However, customers are advised to consult local tax officials regarding potential import duties or VAT. All import-related charges, including taxes, duties, customs, VAT, TVA, handling fees, storage fees, broker fees, etc., are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Pickup in Geneva, Switzerland: Top Crown Jewelry offers a pickup service in Switzerland's Geneva Free-Port at an extra cost, primarily for non-Swiss residents departing from Geneva airport (approximately 1,500 Euro for items exceeding 20,000 Euro in value). Additional shipment details:

  • Shipments originate from Top Crown Jewelry offices in the UAE to the customer's provided address.
  • All shipments are fully insured by Top Crown Jewelry.
  • Each item is dispatched in a luxurious jewelry box with accompanying invoices and laboratory certificates unless specified otherwise.
  • No item is shipped until full payment is received.
  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after final payment.
  • Once shipped, orders generally take 5-7 business days to arrive, but exact delivery dates are beyond our control.
  • Shipments cannot be sent to P.O. boxes; a valid shipping address, telephone number, and receiver's name are mandatory.
  • Top Crown Jewelry is not liable for shipments held by carriers or customs, and any related fees are the customer's responsibility.
  • If a shipment is returned, the customer is responsible for return costs. Cancelled orders after shipment may incur storage and return fees, deducted from the refund.
  • In case of a returned shipment, the customer is liable for repeat shipment costs.

Storage Charges: Top Crown Jewelry offers complimentary storage for purchased items for 60 days. Beyond this, a storage fee equivalent to 10% of the item's value applies for each additional month. Items in storage for over a year with no delivery are considered cancelled, with no refund option.
