Free Resize

We are pleased to provide our valued customers with a complimentary resize service for their new jewelry.

To request a resize, kindly include the details in the "Special Order Instructions" box during checkout.

• Eternity rings cannot be resized as reconstruction of the ring is required.

• Resize of a Tennis bracelet is possible only for shortening. In such cases, you will receive the removed part separately.

• Customization requests will be addressed within 7-14 business days.

• During the resize process, small amounts of metal may be added or removed to achieve the desired size adjustment. Consequently, your ring may become slightly thicker or thinner. This minor difference may or may not be noticeable to you. Quality assurance will inspect your resized ring to ensure it meets our high standards and has been fitted to the required size.

• This complimentary service is contingent upon our confirmation. If, for any reason, we are unable to offer this service, we will promptly inform our clients.
