Returns Procedure

To initiate a return for a refund, exchange, or store credit, kindly adhere to the following procedure:

  1. Submit a return request to our Customer Service Team at cs@topcrownjewelry.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. In the event of damage during transit, include pictures of the damaged item and packaging boxes in your return request. Document the damage promptly for insurance claim purposes.
  3. The returned item must be in its original, unworn, and unused condition with intact tags.
  4. Upon approval of the return request, you will receive email instructions on the subsequent steps.
  5. Send the return item to Top Crown Jewelry UAE offices using FedEx Courier with full insurance coverage. The customer is responsible for the cost of insured return shipping and associated expenses.
  6. Ensure the return item is securely packaged in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  7. Include the invoice and all original certificate(s) in the return shipment. Missing certificates may incur a fee starting at 150 USD, dependent on carat weight and certificate type.
  8. After shipping the return, contact our Customer Service Team at cs@topcrownjewelry.com with the tracking number and shipping date.
  9. Once Top Crown Jewelry receives the return, our Jewelry Inspection Team will verify its compatibility with our records and assess its eligibility based on the conditions of our Money-Back Guarantee. Items not meeting criteria will be returned or refused at the discretion of the Top Crown Jewelry Inspection Team.
  10. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days through the original payment method (wire transfer, PayPal, or cash) and will reflect the transaction amount stated on the invoice. Top Crown Jewelry is not liable for any additional fees, charges, duties, VAT, TVA, taxes, customs, or surcharges imposed by the customer's country or other entities during the process.
