- All original certificate(s), invoice, packaging, tags, and other accompanying items must be returned.
- Customized orders (resized items, engraved items, etc.) are non-refundable, except in the case of damage upon arrival.
- Refunds will only reflect the transaction amount mentioned on the invoice. Top Crown Jewelry bears no responsibility for additional fees or charges imposed by banks, duties, VAT, TVA, taxes, customs, or any other surcharges levied by the customer's country or other entities during the process.
